You may enroll your child for a two day/week program, a three day/week program or a five day/week program.

We have morning, afternoon, lunch bunch (your child enrolled in the morning session stays one hour for lunch or your child enrolled in the afternoon session arrives one hour early for lunch), full day, and extended day schedules available.

We have five different payment plans to choose from: weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Which ever plan you choose to pay at the start of the year will stay the same for the entire year. A non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve a space for your child (see the back side of this sheet).

September tuition for newly enrolled children is due March 1, 2009. IMPORTANT: September tuition is non-refundable. If we do not receive your September tuition by March 1, 2009, we reserve the right to move your child from our confirmed list to our waiting list. September tuition for children returning for a second or third year is due June 1, 2009. One monthly payment will be due. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payments will be reduced to the monthly rate. The balance of these payments will be due September 14, 2009.

Weekly tuition payments are due on the first day of each week that your child is scheduled to attends (the fifth weekly payment is due the week of October 5, 2009. Eight additional monthly tuition payments are due the first week of each month (October through May). Quarterly tuition payments are due September 8th, November 15th, February 1st, and April 15th. Semi-annual tuition payments are due September 8th and February 1st. Annual tuition payments are due on September 8th. Payments after these dates are assessed a late fee of $10.00.

Payments may be made in cash, by check (any check returned by your bank is subject to a $15.00 fee). Make checks payable to: Dolly's Nursery School.

Tuition payments have been calculated over the span of the entire school year. School starts Monday, September 14th and ends June 11, 2010. Note: School is closed the three school vacation weeks. These weeks will be extended by three days at Christmas (December 19th to January 4th) and two days in February (February 12th to February 23rd) to save on heat. In exchange, we have extended the school year by five days (June 4th to June 11th). Tuition is not charged for the school vacation weeks. To keep tuition payments the same, we have already deducted these weeks from all payment plans. Therefore, monthly quarterly, semi-annual and annual rates will remain the same for the entire year.

Tuition is charged for all holidays, sick days, and snow days. We do allow make-up days on a limited basis. Please read your Parent's Handbook for more information on make-up days.

Note: As the number of payments of each plan decreases, so does the annual cost. For example: Two half days/week costs $1,818.00 paid weekly, $1,764.00 paid monthly, $1,728.00 paid quarterly, $1,694.00 paid semi- annually and $1,660.00 paid annually.

LUNCH BUNCH (9:00a.m. to 12:30p.m. or 11:25a.m. to 3:00p.m.) are available for $7.00 extra per day attended. Books of six Lunch Bunch tickets are available at a reduced cost of $39.00. Children staying for extended mornings/afternoons must bring a lunch. You may sign up for the LUNCH BUNCH any day you wish by calling the school or informing your child's teacher.

If you need to lengthen your half-day morning or afternoon schedule (7:00a.m. to 9:00a.m. or 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.), additional child care is available at $7.00/hour.

A NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee is required to enroll your child. $50.00 for a child’s first year, $35.00 for a child’s second or third year. September tuition may also be due depending on when your application form is submitted. Upon receipt of your application form and registration fee (and September tuition if due), your child will be enrolled (if space is available). You will receive a confirmation letter in the mail shortly thereafter.
